Trusted Talent are currently looking for a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant – Sutton Coldfield to join a welcoming and supportive school.

As a SEND Teaching Assistant – Sutton Coldfield, you will be working with pupils with a range of special educational needs, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and complex needs.

You will provide vital one-1:1 support and small group support, helping learners achieve their potential.

Key responsibilities:

* Support pupils with SEND both inside and outside of the classroom.

* Work closely with the class teacher to adapt lessons to meet individual needs.

* Encourage and motivate learners to build confidence and independence.

* Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.

Requirements:

* Previous experience supporting children with SEND (desirable but not essential).

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

* A patient, proactive, and adaptable attitude.

* A genuine passion for supporting children in education.
